Vinyl Tech

Seeking experienced vinyl tech to join our growing Graphics Department. This person should have working knowledge of graphics software and experience applying and weeding vinyl on different substrates. Must be self motivated with attention to detail.

Designers II, III

Seeking experienced sign designers to join our Design Department. This person should have working knowledge of Excel, Word and CorelDraw. Looking for candidates with experience in the signage industry. Responsible for creating designs for our customers based on information communicated from our sales team by hand sketch, to computer modeling. Candidate should have knowledge of ADA code, and regulations. Must be able to work independently to complete daily task, as well as work in groups and communicate with other members of the design and sales team.

Project Manager

Seeking experience project manager to work with our sales staff to assistant with project completion. Responsibilities will include working with production and installation team to ensure project schedules are met. Communicate with sales team and customer to ensure all project details are clear and timely. Help determine budgets and complete projects withing given budget and timeframe. Important to have attention to detail, and at least 2-5 years project management experience; sign industry experience preferred.

Project Administrator

Seeking project administrator to assist the sales team with signage projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Data entry of project information, completing different task within specific departments to help the sales representative continue to push projects forward. Create meeting request, keep meeting schedules, provide research from different municipalities to help project execution. Must be detail orientated, and have clear verbal and written communication skills.

Sign Estimator

Seeking experienced sign estimator. This person will generate cost estimating for manufacturing of standard and custom signs and architectural products by analyzing blueprint, drawings, specifications, bid request, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for products, projects, or services. Must have previous estimating experience with the sign industry.

Sign Fabricators

Seeking experienced metal sign fabricators for our Lighted Sign Department as well as Residential Sign Department. Previous sign fabrication experience required. Responsibilities include contracting, erecting and repairing lighted sign structures. Candidates should have basic knowledge of math and geometry, and understand dimensions and scale. Competitive compensation and benefit packages.

Sign Installers

Qualified candidates should have experience in  sign installation. Must be a self-starter and motivated. Have the ability to perform well under pressure and the ability to work on your own. Class A CDL strongly preferred but not necessary.

Sales Manager – Residential

Seeking experienced Sales Manager for our Residential Department who will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to accommodate corporate goals. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Guide Sale Representatives through process of dealing with clients from initial contact, design input, product selection, competitive pricing, client follow up, negotiations, closing deals etc. Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales leads, territories, quotas, and goals.
