The system’s straight wire and independent access allow multiple axes to move separately, while the integrated turntable enables rotation during cutting, making even the most intricate shapes possible.
It all starts with a solid foam block and a digital model. Once programmed, the CNC machine carves the design with millimeter-level accuracy, creating smooth surfaces and crisp edges that match the original specifications. For clients, that means perfect proportion, scale, and consistency every time.
Our process doesn’t end when the machine stops. Every piece is inspected, touched up, and refined by hand before moving on to Paint and Prep. Those final adjustments ensure clean lines, seamless transitions, and the durability needed to stand the test of time.
